Govind is an acquisition, mergers, and change management specialist. Being the Chief Facilitating Officer is no easy task. His extensive track record business operations have been developed by 17 years of leading captive acquisition for various Fortune 500 companies.
Govind is the co-founder of AntWorks who has worked with various Fortune 500 companies. He has been in the industry for 17 years and holds an extensive track record in business development. Govind is an expert on mergers & acquisitions and change management. He has led one of the largest captive acquisitions in India and has worked with TCS, Capita, and WNS. In his most recent assignment, he served as the director for Business Services at Capita, spearheading the strategy, capability development, business transformation and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to this, he was the CFO and head of business transformation for the WNS Aviva business unit managing 6,000 people.

Just two years after earning his B.S degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, Dexter served as the manager for corporate planning and assurance for Infosys BPO – an excellent chef using determination and passion as key ingredients.
Dexter Villota has earned top skills in management, strategic planning, business analytics, process improvement, and change management. He is AntWorks’ own Chef d’ Corporate who works round the clock to ensure operations are running smoothly. Prior to joining AntWorks, he served as the operations manager for ClientLogic. He served as the manager corporate planning and assurance for Infosys BPO from March 2008 to July 2015.

Bindu is the ant custodian of the colony, the watcher of the ants. Her core competencies are talent acquisition and development, organization development, and employee relations. Bindu has been in the industry for over 12 years, creating ripples in the field of human resource for companies like Orange, DHL, Prudential, and Capita.
Bindu, the watcher of the ants, is AntWorks’ human resource lead. She has been in the industry for 12 years, and has developed superb skills in talent acquisition and development, organization development, and employee relations. Bindu served as a senior executive – HR for DHL and the manager manpower planning and recruitment for Orange (Hutch). In 2003, Bindu was appointed as head of human resource operations for Prudential Process Management Services and went on to head HR for Capita. She also served as a start-up consultant for Chesa Dental Care Pvt Limited.

Nathan is AntWorks’ pilot in command who skyrockets businesses to success. An iconic leader of the Benchmark Systems, Nathan’s expertise in healthcare information, software documentation, and management has proven his ability in implementing game-changing strategies.
Nathan Lane is the Vice President of Operations at Benchmark Systems. He is responsible for leading the senior executive team as well as strategising operational, legal and financial aspects of the business. Nathan also currently oversees the day-to-day operations for revenue cycle, support, technical services, implementation, and training. Prior to his management role, Nathan held progressively increasing roles within the company. He first started as a software support team leader and support analyst for tier 1 and tier 2 support. In addition, Nathan was the lead in installing and maintaining HL7 interfaces between Practice Management and EMR systems as well as laboratory and radiology interfaces between EMR and hospital/clinic internal labs. Nathan holds an Associates of Science degree from Piedmont Virginia Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. He also holds an MBA from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg Virginia.

Ali has over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. He has developed green field sites, redesigned IT infrastructure for optimal output, IT service delivery, strategy and planning, global telephony and bandwidth solutions. Ali has started technology centres across India, US, UK, China, and the Philippines.
He has also been instrumental in cost optimization projects and actively built technology centres from scratch. He has a penchant for joining start-up companies and taking them to a sustainable technology delivery platform within specific timelines. He has worked with organizations like Trans works (Minacs), eClerx, Adventity (Sutherland), Paternoster, Jardine Lloyd Thompson (India), and has held leadership roles in Sterling Info System and Global eProcure.
